I had good days staying at this small hotel. Comforts of impeccably clean and fairly quiet triple room with hot tub were fabulous. Location: the venue was very close to Grocery store in town and Sullivan. Also, the hotel was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Elks Club.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, appreciated after a long drive. The mattress in my King room was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep despite some noise from the outside.

The check-in process was annoyingly slow, with staff neglecting to acknowledge my presence. The room showed signs of wear, including peeling paint and a dirty coffee pot. Breakfast was also disappointing with poorly displayed fruit, notably a damaged apple that was hard to miss.

Not the best experience
So, I stayed here for 3 nights, and honestly, it wasn't great. First, we noticed a funky smell and ants in our room. Then I found pee on the floor! The staff tried to clean it but it was so late, and my kids couldn't sleep. Thankfully, free breakfast was decent, but that whole room situation really ruined it for us.

Great spot to explore this area. The rooms here are super spacious, and some even have a hot tub 🛁! The location is fantastic, close to restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store right in town. Very convenient!
